Social Media Strategist

Full-time — Melbourne (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Strategist to lead strategy development and execution for a portfolio of clients across multiple industries. You will work directly with clients and collaborate with our creative and content teams to develop and deliver social media programmes that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop social media strategies aligned to client business objectives and target audiences
  • Create monthly content calendars with strategic rationale for content themes and post types
  • Manage client relationships, including regular calls, presentations, and reporting
  • Analyse social media performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and social media trends
  • Brief the creative team on content requirements and provide feedback on drafts
  • Contribute to new business pitches and proposals

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in social media strategy, preferably in an agency environment
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise competing deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting analytics and performance metrics
  • Australian work rights required

Content Creator

Full-time — Melbourne (Hybrid)

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to produce high-quality visual content for our clients across social media, digital advertising, and brand campaigns. This role spans photography, videography, and graphic design — we are looking for someone who is versatile, creative, and comfortable working across multiple formats and styles.

Responsibilities

  • Produce photography, video, and graphic design content for social media and digital campaigns
  • Plan and execute content shoots, including location scouting, styling, and talent coordination
  • Edit and post-produce video content, including colour grading, sound, and motion graphics
  • Design static and animated social media assets aligned to client brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with strategists to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and platform best practices
  • Manage and maintain content asset libraries for multiple clients
  • Stay current with visual trends, platform formats, and creative best practices

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, preferably for social media or digital marketing
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and/or graphic design skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools
  • Experience shooting and editing short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
  • Strong eye for composition, colour, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to work to briefs while bringing creative ideas and initiative

Digital Marketing Manager

Full-time — Melbourne (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our paid media and performance marketing offering. You will be responsible for developing and managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is a senior role with responsibility for strategy, execution, and team development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop paid media strategies and campaign plans across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Set up, manage, and optimise campaigns to achieve client KPIs including ROAS, CPA, and lead volume
  • Manage advertising budgets and provide transparent reporting on spend allocation and performance
  • Configure and maintain tracking and attribution systems including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and conversion APIs
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief and evaluate ad creative for performance
  • Present campaign performance to clients with clear insights and recommendations
  • Stay current with platform updates, targeting options, and digital advertising trends
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the paid media function within the agency

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising and performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and at least one additional platform
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and campaign optimisation
  • Understanding of tracking, attribution, and conversion measurement methodologies
  • Experience managing advertising budgets of $10,000+ per month across multiple clients
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Australian work rights required
