Payment Terms

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST.
  • Monthly retainers are invoiced on the first business day of each month and payable within 14 days.
  • Paid media advertising spend is billed separately and directly by the advertising platforms.
  • A one-time onboarding fee of $500 applies to all new retainer engagements to cover strategy setup and account configuration.
  • Project-based work requires a 50% deposit before commencement, with the balance due upon delivery.
  • Engagements may be terminated with 30 days written notice after the minimum engagement period has been fulfilled.
  • Early termination within the minimum engagement period is subject to a fee equal to the remaining months of the commitment.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, direct debit, and all major credit cards.

The advertising spend itself (the budget paid directly to platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok) is separate from our management fees and is billed directly by the platforms. Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and we will adjust your services accordingly from the following month. Downgrades can be made after your minimum engagement period has been fulfilled with 30 days notice.
